Work Ethic
Higher-level gymnastics positively challenge the Advanced Team to appreciate the importance of practice, routine, and most of all, patience when mastering new skills.

The Advanced Team work together to both set and achieve goals, such as mastering complex skills, improving strength, and supporting each other.

In our supportive and nurturing Advanced Team class for 6-12-year-olds, gymnasts will master new skills, enhance strength, and build resilience and teamwork through challenging activities.

We start with an engaging warm-up and advanced group tumbling exercises to get everyone excited and moving.
Station Time
